"Spacious, clean, airy, well appointed separate villa with terrace for sunbathing and outdoor dining. One bedroom /two bathroom, kitchen - dining area and two reception rooms. Well equipped and very peaceful and quiet set in foothills of Selva. Selva small village very nice although despite its pretty square doesn’t have much of a vibe. Friendly though and clean. Suggestions would be to get TV organised on different languages, it was stick on german despite us trying to change language. Suggest...

"The property has a great location and the views of port Sóller are amazing. Close walking distance to the restaurants and beach. At night the sky is so dark you can see many stars. The WiFi is great. There’s laundry too. Outdoor tables are lovely for enjoying meals, sunset, working. There’s no ac, I asked the host if we should be concerned about the heat. "The main house and the flat outside which we occupied were both spacious and comfortable. The cactus gardens were absolutely beautifully maintained and the e swimming pool is huge. The water was very cold however so we didn’t use it much. The games area was great for the kids. The owner was very kind and helpful overall. "Spacious house, everything you could need for a two week stay with two young babies there (including cribs / high chairs / kids cutlery / all cooking utensils / blender for making purées etc). We love Deia with a walk to the beach from town and short drive to Soller and Port Soller. Courtyard was perfect for our toddler to run around without too many hazards. "Very centrally located and walkable to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Lovely family and the place was well-stocked with extra items kindly provided for our stay by Maria and her daughter. No parking at the stay but we were directed to free parking about 8-10 minutes away. The place can get warm during the day but the fans were all we needed at night."

"We had a family vacation to Mallorca and this property was as advertised. Great location in a quiet neighborhood but a close drive to everywhere. Our family enjoyed the pool and the outside area had everything we needed grill, outside kitchen and bathroom so we did not need to keep running upstairs for things. Recommend this property 5 stars."
