"Hotel was beautiful, keith greeted us with a smile and was so helpful with anything, nothing was too much. Unfortunately the night porter was the complete opposite, think he was called adrian. It was like we was an inconvenience, he was very abrupt with the breakfast, this was ordered when we arrived, so on our last day are flight was at 5.45am, so keith explained we can have some breakfast beforing leaving, such as tea coffee, toast, pastries etc. Which was lovely, not all hotels offer this....

"Stayed here for 3 nights all inclusive with a few friends. Plenty of choice of foods at the restaurant and snack bar was frequently replenished during the day. Staff were friendly at all areas of the hotel. A short walk into the Palmanova resort where there was plenty of restaurant choices and a choice of shops.
