"Had the Efficiency. Property was clean and location was excellent. Bed was not the best as was very saggy and soft. Although we had the efficiency, there was no chair to sit in. No stove - only hot plate and toaster oven which was no problem for us. It is my understanding the other units do have a stove. Very quiet with a common area outside that had a table and chairs. "

"This was a great place and a great location. Our one negative is that there are no elevators and our unit was on the third floor. We had reached out in advance to request a lower unit and we were placed in a third floor unit. It was quite the climb for my elderly mother. When we reached out upon arrival we had a quick response and were told they would see if there was something they could do. We never heard from anyone again for the rest of our stay."

"This is my 3rd stay at this property, but it will likely be my last. The place is rather run down. I couldn't find check out instructions to save my life and messaged the property, but never heard back (new mgmt). We took out the trash and stripped the beds..hope that was enough. I've always loved the pool, but it wasn't working at full capacity. Most of the blinds in the place didn't work and the shower pressure was abysmal. The WD is great and free. "I liked the quietness of the unit I rented with a friend. The description was a bit different on the site than what we had. The gold small sofa was a bit older and it had a loose arm on it. The blinds were broken. Had to have the fabric drapes hung. The blinds would not lift up to look out the 2 windows. "

"Overall the room and everything was somewhat clean, but the pictures of the hotel/room make everything look a lot nicer than it actually is. We also would have liked more communication about what came with the room… did not know there were beach chairs until we were leaving. Our shower did not work when we first got there, however maintenance happened extremely fast and they were very friendly. "
