"This is the quintessential beach cottage. Very well equipped, very clean, very homey. The linens were soft - not the sandpaper linens you get thru rental agencies. Great beach chairs, beach cart, everything you need! SUPER convenient to NUMEROUS restaurants/bars, short walk to historic Cocoa Beach & 1 block off the ocean - easy stroll. Will definitely be back!"

"Tiny Cottage, south of Cocoa Beach's downtown and the Kennedy Space Center and north of Turkey Creek Preserve and St. Sebastian Preserve State Park, is perfectly located for exploration of the Space Coast. We would stay there again for a similar trip. An easy walk to beautiful Tables Beach and a space to store our kayak trailer added to the convenience. She texted me the morning of our first day to say the cleaners finished early so feel free to check in early. She also let us check out late as long as the place was not booked. "Wonderful cottages and positive customer experience working with Leah. The location is prime, within walking distance to the beach and near all the food places downtown Cocoa Beach. The house is fully equipped and the hosts paid attention to details. The backyard with the gas grill, fire pit and hot shower is perfect for family meals and post-beach activities. The brand new LG washer and drier are nice additions and were handy after walks and beach visits. Will definitely come back! "
