The only concern that we had was that we really needed to have WiFi, preferably in our accommodation. It was only available in the hotel lobby and it was so slow that it barely functioned."

"Great location for the slope but note check in is not until 4pm, check out 10am. Overnight parking at a cost of €15 but worth it if it’s snowing hard. Hot water in shower a little low in the late afternoon, early evening but hotter in the morning. Very clean bedding. Heating seems to be on a intermittent cycle so room got a little chilly at times but just put a few more clothes on. In the mountains after all! "

"A had a fantastic week skiing in Arinsal and staying at Aparthotel Sant Andreu with family. Warm, clean room, great facilities with kitchenette in room allowing us to do trip on a budget. Spa in the hotel was great. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"Right next to the chairlift and site office, with a large variety of restaurants and ski rental shops within the building complex. "Excellent hotel in a nice location in Ordino. Rooms are very comfortable and they are cleaned every day. There is a parking at the hotel. Nice staff and most of them speaking English. "
