The apartment being on the top floor with large balcony has a brilliant view over the city and harbour where we watched the cruise shops arriving and departing, the cable car and life in general. "I would have given this property 10 + for location and cleanliness. It has an amazing pool, right next to a shopping center, buses to Funchal center and a levada. Alexandro is a guy that manages the apartment and he is super nice and helpful. The only drawback is the noise from the nearby construction site that happens between 9 and 5 pm. It didn’t bother us too much as we were not in the apartment too often during those hours, but if could be an issue for someone else. We would still highly...
