"Arrived off the ferry having checked in online, but found the link I'd been sent came up as "Server Error 404". Rang the office and the problem was sorted by phone very efficiently and apparently in Angela's own time as the office was closed. Apartment is well maintained and the location good for both the train station and the port. The technical issue needs to be addressed - if the sme thing happens to the wrong client, it could cause a lot of anxiety and stress."

"Came to Bari to see where my great grandmother was born and grew up. This place was great. great location. Loved that the shower was big enough. I have stayed at a few other hotels in Italy before visiting Bari and all were so tiny. It is nice to be able to move around in the shower lol. I would definitely stay at Suite & Chic again. "

"The room was big and clean but everything was a little threadbare. The apartment is far away from most things, a railway station is near but impossible to find (google maps got very confused), a taxi is needed from the central part (make sure you have an app) especially at night. There are no shops or restaurants nearby and although they call themselves a b&b there of no breakfast! Cheap option for a one night stay."

"Excellent clean and cozy place during our stay in Bari. Convenient access to the highway and there is a public beach nearby with a car parking. The property is very well maintained and modern. Communication with the agent was good and helpful. We would definitely stay there again."
