"The farm was within easy driving distance to many very interesting towns in this part of Italy. The food (a great selection at breakfast and delicious dinner) was very good and the service was absolutely wonderful! The owner gave us a tour of the farm which was really interesting. You definitely need a car as the farm is located out of town. "- very busy area, many many cars, but good parking garage 10m from front door - large rooms and kitchen - air conditioner did not work on first and hot night, clerk claimed he fixed it while we were out on second day - it was not fixed; after several calls and a repairman visit they moved us to another room (a very poor sleep the first night, time to deal with the repairman and move our belongings, and then the other apartments air conditioning barely worked) - no apology, no comp. - bottom...
