I made this reservation with Hotels.com. I was not told that this was a bed and breakfast that was inside of an apartment building. We spent one whole day trying to find it. When we finally figured out where it was The front door was locked. We couldn’t figure out how to get in and weren’t able to talk to anyone. The biggest problem was lack of communication and language barrier. There were a lot of things that we were not told. Such as how to get into the building or contact the owner to let us in. We were given a key ring with five keys. They were multiple doors that we had to go in and out of to get to the room. When we finally talked to the owner he was very apologeticBut the whole incident was very stressful for us. The room itself was OK. It contained a king size bed. However there was only about 6 inchesFrom the wall on each side of the bed. It made it very hard to get in and out of the bed. The shower was extremely small.

Very difficult to find as no street number listed on booking form and after asking many people, we found the place. The room was comfortable with great rain shower. More of a DIY place as no staff available for information. Based in the middle of the city, so great location. For the price, we were satisfied with the booking.

Die Unterkunft war von außen nicht am Gebäude beschildert und durch Expedia wurde keine HausNr mitgeteilt, nur die Straße. Bad und Zimmer wurde während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Toiletten Papier nicht aufgefüllt.
