"This was a beautiful property with extremely kind and friendly people working there! Great service and you are treated like family. The pool was a nice perk and the grounds were excellent with many places to sit and relax. Would not hesitate to return!"

"Great little hotel, very close walking distance to the key sights and restaurants to visit in Ragusa Ibla. Very clean as well. The only thing to note is that the hotels.com posting mentions parking but this is actually on street parking a few minutes walk away dependant on availability and not guaranteed. "

"Struttura davvero molto bella e ben curata, situata in posizione ideale per raggiungere il centro di Avola in pochi passi. Camera confortevole, ampia, luminosa, spaziosa, arredata con gusto, dotata di ogni comfort. Bagno con doccia. Pulizia impeccabile. Biancheria da camera di alta qualità. "Well kept room just outside of the main region of town - easy walking distance, and close to street parking (EasyPark Payment App), or to a parking station just around the corner (more expensive). Instructions to access the property were provided via whatsapp and were easy to follow. Airconditioning available as room was quite warm after a warm-ish day. Overall nicely presented room and bathroom."

"This property has awesome view on the gorgeous ancient part of Modica from every room, dining area, and pool. Dining area, porch, and pool are fabulous! Getting there is not easy, especially if you don’t have a car. There is a public bus service but we have not used it. Walking to the city center will require taking steep stairs for about 200 feet. We greatly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the welcome and great level of service from all of Itria staff. "

"Horrible. Reservamos por la mañana habitación, realizando el pago y estando la reserva confirmada en dos emails por hoteles.com. Cuando llegamos por la tarde nos dijeron que no tenían sitio para nosotros. Que habían vendido nuestra habitación. Nos tocó buscar otro sitio por la zona de última hora y teniendo que pagar mucho más por la habitación. En el hotel ni se molestaron en ayudarnos o darnos alguna alternativa. "The house is spacious and comfortable, situated in a quiet but convenient area. Avola is 5 minutes away, the motorway linking Messina, Catania, Siracusa and Gela is also a few minutes drive from the house.A car is essential. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. "This was a last minute booking for one night at half 3 in the afternoon. What a fantastic find! There wasn't much around at the end of October and based on reviews and us having a car, we went for this. We wish we had had more time but needed a car to be returned to Syracuse by 11 next day :( I cannot say enough positive things about the place, the staff, the welcome, the price including breakfast and aside to the room, the gorgeous garden space and furniture. It was a calm relaxing area. We didn't use the pool being so late in but had a fabulous meal in the hotel with great service and good quality. The breakfast was as good. This hotel deserves to continue doing well as the staff are the best resource. Grazie per tutti x"

"Easy to find. Parking is on the street nearby, we didnt have to pay but i would think in busier times the free parking would fill up then you would have to park in pay zone. Nice bright room. Good breakfast included. Close to centre of town but far enough away to be quiet."
