"Great base for our family holiday to Caister. Well appointed had everything you would need. Plenty of towels which was good as we needed one in the kitchen for drying hands. Did not mention in advert that was right next door to a pub, most nights this was not an issue as the bedrooms are at the front, but on the Saturday there was a live band in the pub which was very loud and went on until 11.30pm. "We stayed 2 nights in the cottage with our 2 children. We cottage is clean, comfortable and well equipped with just the right amount of things you might need during your stay. "Excellent location for beach walks, very well equipped cottage and dog friendly. Only one small downside - the lounge seating; great presentation but furniture lacks comfort and not an area all 6/7 guest can all relax in together. That being said, loved everything about the property (even though it was being re-thatched!)and would definitely revisit. "
