"Nicely positioned for caister beach which is a fairly short walk and was fairly quiet when we went. Parking was always available around the corner and the pub is closed so no noise from there as that is next door. The property was spacious for us and the kitchen well kitted out. Two toilets was convenient and has a small outsie space. There were some minor improvements needed to decor, some re decorating would help. "We had a brilliant time staying in Owen’s house for a few nights. The house is very easy to find and the check in process was very easy with the use of a lockbox. The house is very nicely decorated throughout and the living room was very cosy and well equipped for our group of four adults. "Stayed at Two Cottages with my family and friends were at One Cottages! Our Cottage was really distinctive and both tasteful and comfortable plus the location right next to the beach was a real bonus. We were only there for a 4 day/night break but it felt a lot longer and James the owner was there to welcome us and was on hand if there was anything we needed (thanks James). Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking!"

"The place was spacious and made an excellent base for exploring the Suffolk area whilst being really quiet. Shower wasn't great but they'd provided all the utensils you'd need for cooking and enjoying your stay. Bed had a rubber cover and there was a noisy liner under the bed sheet which made it very warm but it was comfortable. Decor and furnishings are fairly budget but it's good value and ultimately a nice space to relax and enjoy the evening after a day out exploring and walking."
