"The place was spacious and made an excellent base for exploring the Suffolk area whilst being really quiet. Shower wasn't great but they'd provided all the utensils you'd need for cooking and enjoying your stay. Bed had a rubber cover and there was a noisy liner under the bed sheet which made it very warm but it was comfortable. Decor and furnishings are fairly budget but it's good value and ultimately a nice space to relax and enjoy the evening after a day out exploring and walking."

"The cottage was very homely, filled with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. With special touches that obviously mean a lot to the owners, which made it all the more special as you felt like you were being trusted to care . I especially enjoyed the art work that was displayed in every room, my favourite being a little oil painting in the dinning room. All the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious , and the kitchen was well stocked. The cottage is situated just a few minutes walk...

"Fantastic place and location, very well equipped, very clean, lovely showers, comfy beds. The only negative were the stairs, not really suitable for the very elderly or disabled! Overall we had a brilliant holiday"

"Beautiful house set in an idyllic location. Lots of lovely things to do in the house and plenty of room for a big group. The house had a lovely homey feel to it and we would definitely go back to stay again. A lot of time and care has been put into the house. The only slight downside, is that there is only space for 3 cars to park on the property, as the neighbours are very funny about it and only three out of the five bedrooms had the double beds stated, but it worked fine for us. "

"The property and the location were second to none. James gave us recommendations of places to visit and some local eateries. The bedding and towels was very luxurious - bath sheets and lots of pillows! There were throws provided to cover the sofas so the dog could sit up with us too. The house was toasty, and to open the bedroom window and to hear the sea was amazing. We had a takeaway fromRyans fish and chip shop which was so fresh, the battered halloumi was fabulous and very afforable. We...
