Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Totally Disappointing
Upon our arrival for checkin, the staff are unaware of our booking with our booking details shown. We been waiting for half an hour checking and only they pass us the phone to speak to the owner for our room no. Again, we been waiting for half an hour for the key as they do not understand fourteen in english for our room key. (total of 3staffs under management and only 1of them understand abit more english)
When check in to the apartment, we do not see the L-shape sofa as mentioned, no kettle, no towel provided. And, when we ask for the apartment wifi as stated, they said not provided. We then request for the very basic towel and they are even asking us to pay for thai bath 100 in not really look good condition. We in rush and went to bough a kettle as we saw there was induction cooker, but when we try to turn it on - it's not functioning!
Heater goes not functioning half way we shower. And luckily there are technician to repair it. But, it went wrong again & again... We are staying for 4d3n and not one is cleaning up the room :(
