"This place has an amazing pool and views of the mountains. However, the place is almost like a ghost town, just like it’s services. There was only one other room being rented out other than the two we rented. Perhaps due to the lack of tourism due to COVID. FD staff who checked us in was lack luster, but the staff that helped us with our luggage was excellent and the breakfast staff was excellent as well. "To be honest, the best thing at this resort is probably the hotel staff. The general condition of the hotel/resort is very poor, very run down. Rust is present everywhere. Abundant falling leaves on the property grounds. Tiles in and around the pools are peeling off. These indicate lack of proper care and maintenance. The room is very basic (we stayed in a studio and two suites). One room had leaking toilet. Room safe didn’t work. Moldy spots in bathroom. Toilet seats were not very...
