"Hotel is clean and big. It is a good place to stay if you are looking for a quite, serene and large living space. This is my second time staying at this property. As one of the guests could not make it for the trjp as she was not fit for flying and had to be hospitalised, the hotel refused to make exceptions for amendments to the booking for the emergency situation. "The resort overall is nice, however in-room facilities in my room type (1-bedroom pool villa) need some improvement. The mattress quality is quite poor so we have informed the staff to put in a topper which help solve the issue. Still, at the rate we paid, we expect this basic needs to be resolved for all future guests. Also, there's no dressing table in room which should be available for this room type."
