"Perfect house for all 7 of us, my wife and I, our 2 grown kids, daughter in-law and 2 grand kids. We had space to relax, hide out or play some games. The beach is a super short walk, close enough to hear the surf at night. We did all our meals in the kitchen, it has all the right stuff to prep and serve meals."

"This was a very cozy room with a lovely view and amazing outdoor patio (that we didn’t get to enjoy as our stay was too short ;( I hope to stay again next time I’m in SC! It’s exactly as pictured and the bed was incredibly comfortable. You won’t be disappointed : ) Also, it’s a nice quiet location not too far from UCSC, downtown and the beach. (Short drive to each)"

"I don't want to hype this place too much because I love it and plan to go back again. 🙂♥️ I stayed a few days with just myself and my little dog the first time, I went. And then came back with my sister & nephew. First stay the hosts left a bottle of wine for me and treats for my dog. I was able to stay again with my sister. This time they left a complete s'mores kit which we enjoyed. Great spot. Super convenient. Will definitely be back. :) "

"The property was beautiful, well equipped with everything needed and so very pleasant. The outside gardens and deck made it feel all the more spacious. We enjoyed having breakfast out front in the morning and hanging out on the deck in the afternoons. It is a perfect retreat. Vivian was a lovely host. It couldn't have been a more special place. "Nicely updated and decently stocked rental. Amazing views of the beach and literally just steps from the beach. The deck is optimized for the beautiful views with adirondack chairs, a table with umbrella and recliners.The cottage is clean and with 2 parking spots in the alley behind. Only nit are the beds are older and could use updating, but everything else about the rental was great. The host was also very communicative and responsive when we had some questions or issues."
