"This place is for people who love peace and quiet and privacy, we do. Noise from the road is almost minimal, perhaps if you sit in the front garden but we spent all time in the back garden watching sunrises, ships passing by, listening to bird songs early morning, fishing from the private beach. Location worked well for us, we used our car to get around, nearest supermarket is in Dunoon about 15 minutes drive away. "This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!"

"Lovely cabin and impressive surroundings with beautiful views and nature. The hot tub is such a very nice extra. We had a great time! Note: those without a car can still arrive with taxi services but availability during certain times of the day/week can be spotty."

"The property all on ground floor which was great close to the hospital. It was local to where we were meeting relatives for a long weekend away. Very clean and well heated and wifi was ok. Only negatives were we couldnt find a toaster or a wire grill to toast in oven and after contacting host re hairdryer was told in was broken. Luckily I washed by hair the day we travelled and its just about ok 3 days later. Would have took mine if known but itinery specified one."

"We have just returned home from a very peaceful and relaxing couple of days at Cleeves Cabins. We stayed in the Arran Lodge which was very clean and comfortable. It had everything you needed for a wonderful stay including a wonderful hot tub on the decking. We spent many hours in the evening relaxing and watching the stars in the lovely warm hot tub. "The apartment was spacious, quiet (I was on the 11th floor), spotless and extremely comfortable. I loved the kitchenette for its convenience, especially as a solo traveller. Very convenient location for Glasgow Central train station and St. Enoch subway station plus local shops. The downside was groups of youths hanging around the St. Enoch area, especially after dark and letting off fireworks in the street. Whilst they weren't threatening, I did feel the need to be extra vigilant whilst walking...
