"Everything was good except I got in the elevator on the first floor to try and go to the second and I took me to the 4th floor and it wouldn’t take me back down. The pool are closed at 11 and we tried to go for a quick sit in the hot tub at 10:45 and it wouldn’t let us in and we had to go get let in. Everything else was great!"
