"It was a great experience overall. We were just in the area overnight for a meeting and came across this place. Host was accommodating and made sure we felt at home. Everything we need was there and even left us painting supplies for the kids. Place was clean which is very important to me and it is pet friendly which is a plus! "Overall it was a good trip. The location was a little further out from town than we liked. 15 minutes to a DG and 25-30 minutes to fast food. We were running a lot for our stay, so this made it a little inconvenient. The marina restaurant was closed for the season. If you were staying at the lake and cooking, it would work better. "I selected this property for our stay in Lenoir City for our son's wedding. The pictures really play up the property and I selected based upon that as well as the location, which was ideal. Upon arrival, the first thing we noticed was that both of the large garbage totes were filled to capacity and remained that way throughout our stay (no garbage pick-up?).
