"This property was a great little escape into the country with all the conveniences of home. It had everything we needed in the kitchen for baking and we also brought charcoal and used the grill. The firepit was fun and we roasted marshmallows and cooked hot dogs. I would suggest having a bucket of water on hand if using it because any sparks could easily ignite the pine needles that surround the area. "The place is on the river. It is clean and has everything you can think of just not TV. In the dark it is dark and hard to find. But you are on the river. AC works great. Hot water is hot. Beds are comfy. Theres a hammock in the living room just no TV. "
