"We arrived a little early on Friday afternoon but the welcome was warm and accommodating and gave us useful information about Gunwharf Quays in general as well as the hotel. The hotel does a special rate for the main car park at gunwharf Quays at £2 a day which is excellent. They also have a great selection for breakfast, we were warned not to leave breakfast too late as it gets busy so we went down early and although busy it was easy to get what you wanted and the staff were very helpful. We stayed for two nights and our friends made a comment about their mattress which was very noisy and bouncy they receptionist was helpful and stayed they may be able to love room but in the end as it was only one more night they stayed in the same room, but the staff were again eager to ensure their stay was good. A great place to stay right on Gunwharf Quays very friendly and helpful staff will definitely stay there again. "

"We had a really lovely time at the Norfolk Arms. Beautiful hotel and room. I can sometimes struggle to get to sleep in a hotel but my partner and I both slept really well - the heavy curtains were wonderful for blocking out any light and the bed was nice and firm. The staff were all super lovely and friendly. This was our first trip to Arundel and we'll definitely be coming again and staying at the Norfolk Arms "
