'The Smithy," once a blacksmith shop is behind a private home. It is a bit quirky but flooded with sunlight. A heat pump is on the wall to keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer months. French doors lead to a private shady courtyard where guests can relax after riding or walking the Hauraki Rail Trails which begin 200 metres down the road.
Adjacent to the front door is an off-road parking space.
The Smithy also offers the convenience of a three-minute stroll to the supermarket, restaurants and Paeroa's famous antique shops.
Alongside tea and coffee making facilities is an oven, and hotplate if you wish to cook your own meals.
