This cheerful home is the ultimate Kapiti Coast destination, with a spectacular outlook to the iconic Kapiti Island, and peaceful surrounds that are sure to make relaxation a breeze.

Indoors, pops of colour, artistic decor and homey furnishings bring this charming home to life. A straightforward bungalow set-up and open-plan design makes laid-back holiday living effortless here. An outdoor wrap-around deck completes the home, and is the perfect spot to enjoy the scenery and catch a beautiful sunset.

The quaint and compact kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, while the snug dining area is the perfect space to bring the whole family together. When it’s time to unwind, curl up on the cosy couch and enjoy a book and a glass of wine. Or, pop on the TV and keep up to date with your favourite TV shows with the Freeview available.

When it’s time to venture outdoors, take a 5-minute stroll to Paekakariki Beach for a day of sun, sand and surf, or walk the same distance to Queen Elizabeth Park, where there is plenty of wildlife, a walking tracks and picnic areas to enjoy. If you’re up for a journey slightly further afield, a short 15-minute drive will also take you to Kapiti Island Nature Tours, a local Kapiti Island tour operator.

There are sections with a barrier below 1 metre, and sections with no barrier at all to prevent falls.Bathroom 2 at this property is also a hallway with a curtain and netting for privacy when showering.The driveway at this property is not suitable for vehicles larger than a standard 4WD.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. Stunning views of Kapiti Island
the beach, town and the railway station are all within easy walking distance.. ideal place for a break as there are a number of walks close by and very easy access to Wellington and the Kapiti Coast Directions need to highlight the bach is at the top of the hill up a steep narrow drive. there is plenty of room to turn your car around. there is no wifi

Website pictures give a false impression of size. Located up steep & winding drive at rear of another property. Very small kitchen but functional. Less than generous - no spare loo paper & no spare towels. Little privacy with bathrooms to outside. However sunny & views & beds comfy. No WiFi was a shock tho.
