"My wife and I spent five days enjoying the quiet and beauty of the Oliveira do Hospital area. Mathew’s farm was the perfect location from which we could explore the surrounding villages, vineyards and mountains of Serra da Estrela. Mathew was the absolute perfect host. He ensured that we had everything we needed in his spacious and beautifully decorated home. We so enjoyed his company, his generosity and the great discussions over wine and cheese. 😊"

"Excellent moment en famille aux portes de la Serra da Estrela au Portugal. Belle maison avec prestations de qualité. Belle vue sur la campagne et les beaux couchés de soleil. Tranquillité et dépaysement garanti dans ce petit village authentique. Le Wifi fonctionne même en étant nombreux. Cuisine bien équipée. Nous étions entourés des fruits. Nous avons fait beaucoup de randonnées, visites et piscines naturelles, excellent ! Le propriétaire, Sr Antônio, a répondu rapidement et avec gentillesse à...

"Lovely, welcoming town and easy check in process. House is up a steep road but the views are worth it. The owner was attentive to our needs and promptly responded to any issues we had. The house is the last one on the road and the surrounding views from all windows and porch were amazing. We spent many hours on the porch watching the birds on the hillsides around us and the light change on the mountains across the valley. The access to the Serra da Estrela is wonderful and it is worth a walk...

"we enjoyed our stay and place is lovely, bed is comfortable and shower is hot - little kitchen has all the basics and a washer dryer available. please be aware that the bathroom is downstairs from the lofted bedroom in case you are someone who has to get up frequently during the night. we would definitely come back. had good contact with owner who was very responsive. only small issue was we didn't receive the code to get into the door before arrival, but fortunately she saw us trying to get in...

"Tolles kleines Haus. Alles da was man braucht. Es ist alles sehr klein, daher sind 4 Personen das Maximum. Ein kleiner Sitzbereich außen haben wir vermisst. Es hat uns gefallen."

"Luna Chalet are rustic chalets, and I must admit that the unit given to us was very comfortable with great views. Nice bedding, good towels, all dishes and soap needed. The only negative is that they supply the nespresso type machines but with no pods. It would have been nice to have coffee in the morning. A lot of channels on the television also. I strongly recommend the chalet. "
