"This property was the cleanest I have ever witnessed in a hotel. They were even shining the walls in the elevator while I was there. The bathtub was immaculate. I was able to take a bath with no worries because it looked brand new! The breakfast was wonderful and the cleaning crew had every table squeaky clean. Highly recommend if you love cleanliness as much as I do."

"The overall stay was good. There were some folks on the same floor that were loud but they toned it down later in the evening. The front desk clerk was very nice. The bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to get out of it the morning of checkout. The only negative to me was the breakfast options. It was carb heavy so I didn't eat breakfast there."

"The staff aimed to please. When I did not like something about my room, they immediately rectified the situation. The manager made a point to find me to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. The breakfast has good options and good coffee choices. I would stay here again."

"Just me and my 2 dogs. Though it was considered “not normal” winter weather while I was there I was fine to be missing the central NY state weather back home. And for me it was just what the dr ordered. I enjoyed the quietness and serenity of the surroundings…. the lake. One of the best parts about it for me (besides the hot tub!) was that it’s totally dog friendly, inside and out. Any minor issues that happened to come up during my 6 week stay were quickly tended to as April is very quick to...
