I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a well managed, very clean and comfortable property. The location has numerous shops, restaurants and historical places to visit easily reached by walking. "

Amenities/gym not as indicated in VRBO . Gym is not available. It has been neglected and needs a significant amount of work to reopen. Despite some vacant and neglected condos, it is a place I would love to return ."

"The property is not called New Modern Ocean View - very misleading for locating the complex. Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with. "The views from this home were amazing! Morning you woke up to the chirps of birds and the ocean in front of you. The home was very comfortable and had everything you needed. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and every room had great views. The best part was that this was a gated community, so the beach was like a private beach that would be shared by Casa Bonita and Westin folks.
