AMAZING LOCATION! This adorable beach home is an easy walk to downtown and Lovers Point Beach and has everything you need for a relaxing and/or action packed weekend. Originally built in 1908 in the historic Pacific Grove Retreat, this home is rich in history and completely updated. Cozy, Comfortable and with all the modern conveniences. Pacific Grove STR #0084.

Walk in to an open floor plan, the living room flows to the kitchen. There is a huge gas fireplace, Smart Samsung TV with streaming apps, and soaring ceilings with skylights. Kitchen is fully stocked. Dining room opens to a private deck with an outdoor living room and a huge gas fireplace. An outdoor eating area, BBQ, hot tub and outdoor shower complete the backyard. The home has an upstairs living room loft with comfortable seating to watch the Smart Samsung TV or sit in front of another gas fireplace. Should you need a workspace we have an adjustable standing desk upstairs.

Two comfortable bedrooms on the first floor with queen beds. Master bath has a bathtub shower and the middle bedroom has a steam shower.

Rent from the owner- you'll communicate directly with me and my local house manager. I love sharing my home with people coming to enjoy Pacific Grove.

You can’t beat the location - Everything you could want or need is so close- enjoy the downtown restaurants and shops or Lover's Point beaches, Pacific Grove Golf Course. It's one mile on the beach trail to the world-renowned Monterey Bay Aquarium and historic Cannery Row Shopping in Carmel, golfing in Pebble Beach, hiking in Big Sur are an easy drive away or you can also just stay home and relax in the hot tub on the deck- read a book by a cozy fire.

The Pacific Grove Retreat is a historic neighborhood where the homes are close together. While we want you to enjoy your time, this is not a place to host a party. We observe the guest maximum (4) and work to be good neighbors by keeping the noise down. Perfect location
We really enjoyed our stay. There is no need to ever move your car, as both downtown Pacific Grove and the beach are just 2 blocks away. Great restaurant to choose from and shopping are all right there.

This beautiful historic cottage and neighborhood was perfect for our 4 day stay. Location was amazing; close to Carmel, Pebble Beach, Point Lobos state park and Monterey. We walked to town for coffee, brunch and then strolled along the coast everyday! Thanks Margaret and Frank for a wonderful experience !

Spring break week with the family
We stayed the week for my sons’ (ages 7&8) spring break and had a wonderful time. The house is very comfortable and clean and in a perfect location walking distance to lovers point and downtown pacific grove. Plenty of street parking was available and the owner was very responsive to our questions and needs. Would absolutely recommend and stay again if we decide to do another Monterey vacation.

Great Coastal Family Trip
Great proximity to walk to the coast and downtown PG. Kitchen has all the items you need and beach chairs are also available. WiFi is great if you have to work. Quiet neighborhood and would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

We absolutely loved this place. The listing was the same as the real thing! We enjoyed the outdoor space and the walking distance to restaurants, Lovers Point etc. We would definitely stay here again. Communication with the host was spot on and very prompt.

Perfect for our long weekend!
This was a perfect home/location for our long weekend while my daughter and I ran the Big Sur Marathon!! The hot tub was a great bonus after all the hills!! The home is so quaint and cozy and had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend this home and will consider it for next year if we run the marathon again! Location was perfect, we were able to walk to downtown Pacific Grove and the walkway along the ocean. Parking was no problem all weekend.

Great location to everything
I was concerned about not being close to the ocean, but it's literally right around the corner. You can walk into town, to the beach, to Asilomar and even Cannery Row - which is about 1 mile. Very clean and all amenities worked great and very user friendly! I would definitely stay here again!

Last Minute PG getaway
Nice home, great location and the owner was easy to work with. Home was comfortable for my family 4 and had everything we needed for a last minute getaway. It's close to town, delicious restaurants, and beautiful lovers point. And the backyard jacuzzi hit the spot after biking back from the aquarium in the rain. Overall a great weekend.

Clean Contemporary Convenient Cottage
This compact clean airy cottage is conveniently located on a lovely quiet street easily walkable to the sea in one direction and downtown Pacific Grove/Monterey in the other. It's rare to find a two-bedroom two bathroom home in this size and location. And with a backyard deck and excellent hot tub too!

Perfect location just minutes from the beach, shops, grocery and restaurants. Property exactly as advertised, clean and very comfortable. Great communication from owner and manager and they helped us set up a drop off of items we rented for our baby. We'd love to stay here again.
