Experience all the charms of yesteryear while enjoying every modern convenience in this one-of-a-kind Victorian located just a block from the sea.   Relax on the overstuffed sofa adjacent to the kitchen, gather in the parlor, or watch TV in the den - memories will be made here. And you don't have to be an architecture buff to appreciate the details: from the exquisite wooden fretwork to the crystal hardware and delicate chandeliers, this three-story home has been restored to perfection.   On the street level, two guestrooms with King beds share a hall bath with a shower and a pedestal sink. The living room, den, kitchen (with 6-burner Wolf range), dining areas (2) and a powder room are on the second floor, and stairs to the third story reveal a master suite with a peek of the sea, a King bed (under a large skylight with an operable blind) and a stunning en suite bath with marble floors and countertops, two vessel sinks, a walk-in shower and a clawfoot tub, all accented with polished gold fixtures.   Multiple balconies offer mesmerizing ocean views; Lover's Point beach is just down the street, and all of Pacific Grove's shops, restaurants and cafes are just a short stroll away. Lovely stay at the Daffodil
The 3 stories of the Daffodil house are perfect for our family with 2 kids, 2 grandparents, and 2 parents. It's the most convenient location to spend lots of time at Lover's Point and walking along the water.

Fantastic house

Our California Christmas Vacation
The Daffodil House was a charming and comfortable place to stay. It was perfect for the four of us. I loved how it was walkable to go down to the beach and into Pacific Grove. You could also walk to Monterey and we were a quick 10 minute drive to Pebble Beach and Carmel. I would highly recommend this charming house.

Amazing Victorian house just two blocks from the Ocean
This is such a charming house! Three levels with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Our family of four loved it. The second floor has a balcony with a view of the ocean. Walking distance from restaurants, cafes, and downtown. Would highly recommend!

Our family returned home for a family wedding and a little golf. The daffodil house was very comfortable and spacious for our adult family of 5. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to walk about and see the beautiful coast line and find restaurants. It was a great value.

Great location and beautiful home
We had a few families with little ones stay here for a weekend. It was perfect! Great size house and kitchen. We walked to the MB Aquarium and walked to downtown PG for food and coffee. We love that the house had a big tub to use for the little ones. The decor is funky but goes well with the Victorian theme. King beds were all very comfy and we had plenty of room to lounge and eat. We would love to stay there again.

A wonderful place to stay!
We spent a wonderful week at Daffodil House. The location is perfect -- just a block downhill to the ocean and a block uphill into PG. The house is very well organized and comfortable, with everything you need for a great stay. Skylights and well-placed windows bring in lots of natural light, and the modern/Victorian style is pretty. We look forward to visiting again!

Fantastic house

Very nice house. Loved that it had a garage. It had everything I needed to cook but with all the nice restaurants close, we ate out. So close to the water in a nice neighborhood. So quite.

Very pretty and well maintained. Gorgeous kitchen with everything you need. So cozy - wish I could live there. Great location; very walkable. Soooo nice! There were six of us and everyone had more than enough space. A real crowd - pleaser.

Great Vacation Home, close to Lover’s Point
We spent 4 days at the Daffodil House. It didn’t disappoint. It had everything you need for a holiday home. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with anything you would need to make meals. The beds were comfy and the master bedroom at the top of the house is stunning. Everything was super clean and communications with Monterey Rentals was exceptional. We loved the whole of our stay. I would heartily recommend. You are a few 100 yards front the ocean front and the sea is visible from the balcony and street. I can think of no better place to stay.

West Coast Family Vacation
Property was ideal for four adults and a three year old. The location is fantastic, walkable to downtown Pacific Grove, Monterey, and beaches. Nice restaurants, playground, and museum are all within blocks. 17 Mile Drive through Pebble Beach and Carmel are close. Also, Big Sur and Pfeiffer State park. House is well equipped with basic supplies and top line appliances.

Wonderful reunion weekend getaway
This beautiful property served as a GREAT host location for our 40th high school reunion. We were able to accommodate 6 adults nicely in the 3 queen-sized bedrooms. The well-equipped kitchen and living spaces on the 2nd floor served as perfect conversation spots for breakfast and late night gatherings with friends. Not to mention the walk-ability to Lover’s Point and Pacific Trail for early morning runs and Cannery Row. Loved the little touches with rose-patterned silverware and fiesta dining, not to mention well-supplied bathrooms. Such a GREAT stay! Thank You!
