"Property was awesome! We stayed in March. Staff there were kind, professional, and so quick with response to our room with getting more towels etc. So prompt!!!! Amazing!! Our room was upgraded upon arrival which was so nice. Pool was not heated like advertised. The only negative. But enjoyed the jacuzzi. I only took off 1 star for location because it sits in front of an area where when it rains, there's two runs from the city that washes in street debris water after it rains into the ocean. We had a lifeguard stop us when we were on the beach and tell us they were rip tides (no flags out) to bring our kids in closer (9 and 6 years old) and that the water wasnt clean to swim in, that we better bathe them well. No signs saying this. So it was quite shocking for CA while visiting my home state."

"I would have given this property all five stars except for: no hot water at the kitchen sink; no hot water at the bathroom sink. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay there!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was great, the shower was nice, and breakfast was more than enough. Free parking is a plus, but since the garage doesn’t have a door, you might see some homeless people nearby—I’m not sure if they do anything else in there. The staff was nice, and I had no issues. There’s an In-N-Out and McDonald’s about a block away. Not sure about how walkable the area is, but it’s right by the freeway, so you can get almost anywhere in San Diego in 15-20 minutes. I’d definitely stay here again."
