"We have fantastic hildays at this apartment. The property was clean and with fans and airconditions in every room. The kitchen was fully equiped as well. There is nice sea view from the balcony and village center to walk around in the evening. You have to have a car to reach the beach or Latchi and Polis. Property manager was effective and helpful."

"We have visited Cyprus numerous times and have stayed at this property regularly over the past decade. This penthouse has almost equal inside outside areas overlooking the extensive bay area from Polis to Latchi in one direction and the inland hills from the other. "Me and my girlfriend had a great 1 week stay at the villas. The villa is outside Paphos in a place called Ghoudi (pronounced Goo-oo-d-ee). Around 50 minutes from the airport (Paphos) I recommend using a local taxi company +3579948613 who charge 50 euros and not the taxi hire companies at the airport who charge 85 euros. The villa is nearly 5km from Polis (the nearest town) which you will need to rent a car/hire a taxi to visit (12 euros). There is lots of restaurants and supermarkets...

"Nice apartment - picture deceptive as pool is situated on the private road - so not very private ! Also no sun loungers provided by owner so couldn't use - nice location - but bit of a walk to the town - mattress in double room was terrible - didn't sleep properly for 5 days - really difficult to get hold of property manager - only got a "part resolution" when told them we were contacting Vrbo - in the end mattress was not replaced , only turned over and extra quilt to put on top - no incentive...

The apartment was bright and comfortable - plenty of natural light and loved the shutters - just like a village house (which it actually was). "Rooms were nicely furnished, good blackout curtains, relatively spacious, nice balcony. Excellent breakfast! 2 minute ride to Latchi Harbour and also close to the Aphrodite Baths. We had many problems with the WiFi, and it is really that none of the TVs were "smart" (you cannot watch Netflix etc.). Kitchen had a fridge, oven, stove and kitchenware, but no microwave oven or dishwasher, which is a pitty. The indoor "heated" pool was barely heated, and the hot tub was maintained and was always off....

"Really great villa - absolutely huge, spotlessly clean and in beautiful surroundings. Swing and trampoline perfect for the kids. Host left breakfast stuff for us when we arrived and brought us a cake when they came to clean the pool, which was a lovely touch. There are limited amenities in Simou (the nearest village) so a car is essential. Well-stocked smaller shops in Giolou and good supermarkets in Polis / Paphos. Latchi and Akamas peninsular very close. Highly recommended!"

"The villa was lovely clean loved the pool there were some issues with the outside lights the dishwasher didn't work but we had a great holiday very relaxing and very quiet lots to do and see but you definitely need a car to get around the view's from the villa are amazing we are thinking of booking again for 2024"
