"MUST READ. Hotel did not honour booking through hotels.com and I had no choice but to pay an increased price for the room again. Case is registered with Hotels.com Apparently the hotel has changed ownership, the new owner has nothing to do with hotels.com and states he does not receive any money. Upon arrival in freezing cold, wind and rain, we had little choice but to pay 30% more, and pay for a full night stay.
