"Beautiful property situated in stunning countryside. The cleanliness aspect was difficult for them as we were in thatched palm buildings. The check-in was not good as they could not find our booking to start with. Mostly apart from at breakfast and supper there were no staff around at all. White water rafting trip was excellent."

"Super tolle Unterkunft. Einmaliger Ausblick und super Doppelzimmer für Familien. Waren nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise. Toller Service. Essen aufs Zimmer bestellt. Ca. 60 min. War lecker und hat für jeden was. Anreise ist auch mit eigenem Auto machbar. Man muss aber schon etwas erprobter Bergfahrer sein. Sonst würde ich mich abholen lassen. Wer die Ruhe ohne Action sucht ist dort genau richtig. "

"The property has great potential but is poorly managed and maintained unfortunately. It is priced high considering the location - must have moto to get to village and area attractions. The room I booked, cottage, seemed to be much better maintained then the room deluxe double that we forced to moved to after checking into cottage about an hour later as someone else refused to take the deluxe. "I recently stayed at Mare Rim Grace and had a fantastic experience. The property is in excellent condition and offers very comfortable accommodations. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing — a perfect place to unwind. One of the highlights was the made-to-order breakfast each morning, which was fresh and delicious. The hospitality was outstanding, especially from Pen, who went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. All the staff were warm and attentive. There’s also a great restaurant just a short walk away, making dining out easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended for a relaxing and well-catered stay."

"This hotel was simply beautiful. Probably my favourite stay in all of Thailand. Everything was fantastic, the pool was lovely and the sun beds around is spacious and clean. The room was delightful with a large bathroom and amenities, the wifi was also fantastic. The breakfast was delicious every morning, slight changes every morning also which was appreciated and the coffee was lovely. The best part was the shuttle into town, it’s an easy 12 min walk but when you’ve been shopping or have your bags the shuttle was fantastic 3 mins into town! The gardens were also beautiful, our room looked onto this and was a gorgeous morning view and the sunset was perfect on our balcony in the evening. I have no bad comments this place was truly beautiful and very well cared for. "

"Not enough can be said about the helpfulness of the staff at this Four Seasons. They had a considerable number of activities that were both educational and fun to break up the day between dips in the pool for families with younger children. Would definitely stay here again if/when I were to return to the Chiang Mai area. We were so happy with the resort that I felt bad leaving for the various excursions we planned. I could not recommend more highly."
