"I intentionally upgraded my room to Ocean view, upon check-in I was given a room that overlooked the smelly beach and an empty lot after telling the front desk that I upgraded to an ocean view. I had to come back to check out and check in two hours later this was quite exhausting. The pool was lovely however there were no beach towels. The bartender was very unpleasant. The cleaning staff was wonderful. At one point there was one punch being served and it was being served mostly to the staff....

"My stay was perfect! If you want a quiet place to relax with water view, this is your place. It is very clean and convenient to a few restaurants and a lovely French cafe that doubled as a convenient store all in just a 3 minute walk. The property manager Claude was extremely helpful, hard worker, great communicator from the start before i even arrived and eager to make my stay easy. "Nice stay lovely pool. Need own car to get to surrounding area. Very Friendly owner. There was no oven in the apartment so don’t buy anything that needs an oven (think this is error on site). Local businesses on coast area still recovering from storm damage from 2018. Restaurant for breakfast and lunch on site. Bakery + small shop and pizza restaurant 10 mins easy walk away."
