"Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. "

"A fantastic find for our needs. The owner was exceptionally helpful. Central to the city. Great value for money. We had a great room. However a few things to make it better : 1- the oven/microwave didn’t work even after trying a few times. It needs a master in engineering to make it work. "The apartment is lovely furnished with a full kitchen and it is very clean and everything you need is ready. The hot chocolate and the biscuits are so lovely. Staffs are nice and ready to help. There is an ice cream farm nearby. The milk and ice cream are fabulous. "

"Super clean, well equipped and so relaxing. We had a great time. Hearing the birds in the trees in the park was lovely. Beds were extremely comfortable. The flat was immaculate. "Excellent location, tidy and clean. Parking takes a bit of working out and more advice beforehand would have helped. Comfy bed and great facilities in the studio. The heater was a bit awkward having only 2 settings, off and volcano. There was no way to adjust because the controls were locked. Beautuful, relaxing place

"Lovely stay at Oulton Hall - first time I have stayed & certainly won't be my last. We used the jacuzzi, sauna & steamroom, then enjoyed an evening meal later in The Calverley & enjoyed beautiful food & excellent service from the restaurant staff. Our spacious room was clean & comfortable with the added bonus of Sky tv & a mini fridge. We felt instantly relaxed from checking in where we were greeted with champagne & a warm welcome. Looking forward to visiting again. "
