"This is a nice house in a great spot. It seems to be owned by an absentee owner who uses a management company to maintain it. When we arrived there was garbage and a broken chair in the yard at the fire pit and in the boathouse near the dock. I contacted the management company and they replied that they would send someone the next day. When the management rep came, I pointed out the condition of the yard and he said "I see what you mean".
