The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

The room was uncomfortably hot and the small amount the windows opened and fan were no use. Our shower was totally blocked but it was sorted. Cleanliness of the apartment was not to my standard. "

"There was not good communication about the size of the room. This was listed as suitable for 6 people and it certainly was not. We were 4 adults and 2 kids, the adults not in pairs. "The staff was helpful, courteous & responsive to our needs. However it was cold there & I was not instructed on how to turn on the heat until after a freezing night I had to ask. On the same day there was no hot water and I was told to restart it, which I didn’t know how. The manager came to the apartment & showed me how to start the heater & reset the water heater. This information would help on the first day of my stay, either verbally or in writing."

"This was the perfect place for our family of four to stay on our trip to Winchester! Located just a block from the train station and an easy 5 minute walk into the heart of the town. The place was very clean and had a lovely porch to sit out on and enjoy in the evenings. Claire was helpful and gracious throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here when you head to this beautiful cathedral town."
