"Facility was in a great location, and the room was excellent. The check in process was informal, may not have been a regular employee; we got the keys fine, but no wifi password. Later we also found the room had no soap. Checking out was a mystery, the hotel lobby was locked. We ended up dropping the keys in the mailbox. "We had a fantastic holiday at this lovely accommodation. We had everything we need and the property was nice and clean. It was very handy for any shops we needed. In the immediate vicinity it was very quiet and peaceful and very handy for walks, cycle rides and hiking direct from the house. Visiting Cologne and Bonn was very easy and they are great places to visit. The hosts were very friendly and easy to contact if needed.
