"The rooms are nice and clean. Feels like a studio. I like the location being right by the grocery store (REWE) and several cafes, bakeries, and dining options. It’s right by the train station. There’s also tons of walking paths nearby. We walked all the way to the famous cathedral. The only down side is there is no one at the reception and it is self check in. "Overall a nice place in a great location! Corridors are a little creepy and the elevator is tiny but it’s a small hotel so not a problem! Did get woken up by a cleaner/staff banging on the door at 10am without requesting a wake up call but room was clean, modern and safe!"

Later we also found the room had no soap. Checking out was a mystery, the hotel lobby was locked. We ended up dropping the keys in the mailbox. Overall I think we would stay again, the hotel facilities are great, but the customer interaction (or lack thereof) needs some work."
