"This was our second stay at the property. We received a warm welcome as usual and checked into our spacious family room. The hotel is clean but a little tired in places. We're happy to see that they are undertaking a refurbishment and look forward to seeing the results next year. The location is outstanding; a short walk from the beach and high street. The pool, hot tub and sauna are a fantastic bonus. Breakfast is lovely and plenty of it. We love our stays here and the character of an older property."

"The service and little touches especially for the kids (kids corner, a token for the kids to spend at the bar to get a choice from a list of chocolates, activity pack, juice etc), free cookies and still water that was topped up daily, lovely buffet breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. "Only a flying visit of 1 night this time, but a very comfortable one. Staff are excellent as always and the fish and chips at the bar was very nice. Managed to use the pool in the morning but got there too late for the Sauna and Steam room this time. My room was small, but perfect for a one night with a double bed and shower/wc room. "
