"This hotel was one of the most gorgeous properties I have ever stayed at. It’s hard to overstate how beautiful it was inside the hotel and the rooms. The staff was more than welcoming and remembered us immediately. The food offered by the hotel was phenomenal, really providing a taste of Morocco. They offered to set us up with a licensed tour guide to take us around the Medina. Everything was immaculate and would stay here again! The only downside was the Spa didn’t seem accommodating to booking...

"2nd time staying here, perfect hotel, clean, quiet, beautiful room, comfortable bed, good food especially Friday special cous cous was delicious just like homemade and Moroccan dessert was also delicious. One negative: not a good experience at the spa- the steam room didn’t work properly, which is the whole point of hammam- you need to spend time in the hot steam room before the scrub for the best results. And when I tried to tell that to the attendant- she wouldn’t even listen and denied that...

" NExt to Fes rail station. Plenty of taxis to get around very cheaply or easy to walk. Good swimming pool. Basic room, disappointed there was no kettle to make tea. Comfortable."
