"Exemplary service from all staff here. Received a complimentary room upgrade to a suite with an excellent view of the fields and mountains. Cozy and tranquil. It’s not near to Sapa town though but they have an in-house restaurant with good variety of food at very reasonable prices as well. Best place for a recharge and back to nature moments. "

"I stayed at the Family room (2 bedrooms), ample space for all. We got the mountain view. Fantastic view during clear sky especially in the morning. About 5 mins walk to Moana. We arrived 6am and the staff allowed us to use the washroom to freshen up and leave our luggage at the reception counter. It's safe ya to leave your luggage there. "Great place to unwind in Sa Pa! Best time to travel is May-October if you want sunshine and warmth. It was cold and misty here but the staff are amazing and food was fantastic! Loved the spa and the fireplaces in the bungalow. "

However, inexpensive by taxi. We enjoyed the pool and spa facilities which were nice. I would recommend to anyone visiting Sapa area. "
