"I was very lucky to have Dar Lily to myself for 3 wonderful nights to relax and catch up on some rest and work after at the end of a 15 day trip. Great communication with the owners and although a language barrier with Fatima, she was helpful, kind and I appreciate everything she does. While not everyone enjoys the cats of Djerba, I was amused by the friend I found for a few days to help me do some Sudoku by the pool ♥️"

"I wanted to share my experience at this Djerba youth hostel, which unfortunately fell far short of our expectations during our 3-night stay: - Location: Ideally situated in Djerbahood but nearly inaccessible by car. - Condition: The facility is aging and lacks proper upkeep. - Unprofessional Service: A breakfast agreement for 8 am was broken with a last-minute change to 9 am. - Cleanliness Issues: Socks on the windowsill and a filthy, insect-infested kitchen made it unusable. - Misleading...

"Très belle villa décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Villa typique Djerbienne avec une belle touche de modernité. Belle piscine avec une terrasse aménagée, un barbecue et un parasol et deux (voir 3) places de parking. Bon emplacement a côté de Djerbahood et l Hara. Hôtes très sympathiques, flexibles au niveau des horaires, toujours disponibles. Très satisfait, j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir."

"Lors de ma réservation j’ai eu une crainte car nouvelle location et aucun commentaire. Mais la villa est très belle et identique aux photos. Elle est aussi très bien équipé et pour moi elle est situé au meilleur endroit de l’île. Aymen est une personne sérieuse qui est à l’écoute des souhaits de ses locataires. "My family and I enjoyed thoroughly Menzel Nour. This house is beautiful. We did appreciate Mustapha and Nadia and their quiet way of helping. We also very much like having the Lady who did cook wonderful meals for us. the AC from the TV room needs to be improved. But overall it was a great experience. "

"The is our 2nd visit to Djerba and this hotel which a lovely small hotel with great atmosphere provided by the staff who are always friendly and smiling. Most of the staff can speak in multiple languages which makes things convenient. Great location right on the beach and near the best stretches of beach. Breakfast is ok as they don't rotate the buffet selection but there is a omelette station which helps. The hotel was quiet at times we were the only guests at dinner which we didn't mind. "

"Hotel was a great value. In the winter it’s too cold to swim outdoors but we brought tennis rackets and played lots of tennis, basketball and indoor swimming. The only thing that I didn’t like was that there was a smoking lounge inside the hotel lobby so the reception area always smelled like cigarettes. If the hotel would move the smoking area outside and away from the doors it would make the hotel much more appealing. It seems like a lot of the hotels in Djerba have indoor smoking. "

Well done Plaza Hotel

"Overall fantastic. A bit of difficulties at first but later things got much better and me and my wife enjoyed our stay and we wished it lasted longer. The lady at the room service was absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, providing us with info about Houmt Esouk. She makes this hotel proud. Mostafa, the room service was friendlier too. The food is absolutely delicious and to our taste. The hotel layout is out of this world and amazing. The swimming pools are very nicely maintained and the beach too with its lounge. I have walked along the beach to look at the other hotels but Plaza Hotel remained outstandingly nicer. Our balcony overlooks the side of the pool but the sea was right in front of us and it was nice waking up to that. I liked very much so the peace and quiet and the ability to sleep without any disturbances. The reception staff were also helpful and so was the guest relation gentleman who was all ears to any concerns. I spoke to many residents and they all share the same views and many of them if not all, it was not their first time there. Although I like the change but I would definitely go back there. I think they could do more to publicise their services as this is not well reflected on the website. I am surprised that I could not see English people in that hotel but from conversations we had with some at the airport on our return, we stayed at the best hotel. "
