"Do not confuse 4* Tunisian with 4* UK or you will be bitterly disappointed. On arrival we were given a room in the hotel when I had booked a bungalow and had to go back to reception to ask to be moved to a bungalow. The hotel, bungalows and grounds badly need updating and the mattresses very firm leading to aching joints. "The crew and especially Karim were very welcoming and responded to all our requests in a timely fashion. The location is close to the beach and to the touristy areas yet isolated enough to enjoy a certain calmness in the area. The only issue we had was the internet connection inside the room, which technicians were working on fixing while we were there."

The parking lot was a little difficult to find, but there was always plenty of space to park once we got back to the property. Market was right around the corner, so very easy shopping for souvenirs.
