"The hotel is beautiful, the room clean and spacious. However ,i booked Sunday ,check in at 4 Found out afterwards the waterslide closes Sunday at 4 ,they do not consider Sunday the weekend. I had 3 very upset grandchildren Extremely disappointing considering I paid $300 to stay in the worst neighborhood in London for that sole reason The bath tub in the room also was useless as the drain wouldnt close"

"The hotel itself is very good. However the room which I was originally given had an extremely loud fan. When I notified them of the issue, I give full credit to the front desk when they upgraded me to a larger and very quiet room! "

"Hotel is going through renos currently but didnt seem to impact things too much. Breakfast was on par with what you expect at a hotel breakfast. Room was very nice. Big. Kitchen came stocked with enough kitchen gear to make whatever food you were after. Beds were comfy. "

"It was a good stay and prices were reasonable. I didn’t use the pool but others did and it looked big and clean. Food in the restaurant and bar was great. The heating system was a little noisy and woke me a few times. "
