"Holly was a gracious host and prompt in any communication. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. We really enjoyed the direct access to the water and spent a majority of our time in the kayaks provided. There’s also easy access to local bike trails and walking paths. Highly recommended!"

"This was the BEST cabin for our fall getaway! It was cozy, private, and quiet. The view of the lake from inside the cabin and from the backyard is spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, making cooking meals together a breeze. Our dog loved the yard and surrounding woods. The house was very clean and the host was responsive. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay again! "

"We came to the area for a wedding that was just down the road at Thumper pond. The house was clean and had lots of space. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to utilize the lake access. FYI the access is across the road, not directly on the property. Overall we would recommend! "

"We loved staying at this home, it was such a relaxing weekend hanging out. We brought our own pontoon and the public access to launch was only a few blocks away. We enjoyed so many cruises on the water and even tried some fishing. The location is perfect with Ottertail right there, we also got to visit the Perham Clinic which wasn't that far away. We brought our dogs and they so enjoyed swimming every day, the water was so clear. Thanks again."

"A group of adult women stayed here for a little golf get-away. Our host was fabulous, both before and during our stay! We needed help getting into the house and VRBO was absolutely NO help in addressing the issue that my reservation was "erased" from their system on the day of check-in. Our host came to the property to get us into the house and we were set for our stay. Watching the sunset and enjoying fires by the lake made up our evenings. Beds were comfortable, linens and amenities (most of which we didn't take advantage of) plentiful. We agreed that we would stay here again. I believe the issues with VRBO were related to me using a virtual credit card number for payments. Because of this, I'm hesitant to go through VRBO for future stays. "
