"Beautiful place, real nice area. Gorgeous hotel. Rooms were very nice. I love the pajamas and amenities provided. We did have to pay for the breakfast buffet which felt a little expensive, but overall great place. I would stay here again."

"Walking distance from Umeda station. If you are planning on visiting USJ and dotonbori, it is placed right in the middle so it is convenient. Staff are friendly and the onsen on the third floor is very nice"

"Great location and has a large supermarket downstairs. Very short walk to Namba station with connections to everywhere. Room itself is getting a bit dated, showing some wear and tear, but still very comfortable. Only complaint is there's no safe. Breakfast is excellent with many different options."
