"Right along the main high street for accessing the shopping district. Was really cool seeing the car park handler having a flip board to help speed up the process communication process. The hotel does have a form for suitcase shipping between hotels if you ask for a Yamato shipping form and helped me fill out the form with shipping my suitcase back to Tokyo. My friends with me during the stay also highly rated the cleaning service that's down the street as well."

The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, assisting us with luggage storage ahead of check-in and mailing our luggage to another hotel at check-out. Location is very convenient, right next to TV tower, Odori station (three subway lines) and busses. Cannot recommend highly enough."

"The Authent Hotel is a lovely hotel. I had a room on the top corner overlooking the street and it was spacious and nice. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast is traditional Japanese style, with a couple of options to choose from. I had a beautiful sashimi bowl, with miso soup and another dish I’m not familiar with. "
