"This pension in a ski in ski out near bottom of Tsugaike kogen ski resort so I gave 10 out of 10 on location and their dinner and breakfast buffet were excellent!! Also a 10 out of 10 on service as the owner of pension picked us up and dropped us off the bus station, even gave us a ride to ski rental and brought our shoes back. I lost my Mobile phone battery charger on the slope and they helped me to call and got back from lost and found! I am very impressed with their personal warm service....

"We had the best experience staying at Pension Hobby during our visit to Japan. The owners are very kind and they went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Our room was simple and clean with a modern space heater. Norikura itself is tiny and the number of restaurants is limited.
