Villa Di Nolana, situated in the Valle d'Itria set in 2 acres of land with an orchard containing olive trees, fig, almond, oranges & cacti on the outskirts of the beautiful white city Ostuni, which is only 10 minutes drive away. Cisternino also 10 minutes away. Beaches are about 25 minutes drive away. Brindisi airport is 40 minutes, and Bari airport is about 70 minutes drive away.
Uninterrupted views of the stunning Valle d’Itria from the large roof terrace, relax in the swimming pool, sunbathe on the loungers, or enjoy al fresco dining on the southfacing terraces.

Great location to explore all regions of Puglia. 20 minute walk to the local village which has restaurants and small supermarkets. Larger supermarkets are located about 10 minutes drive away.

We can agree to a late check in and check out for an additional fee, but only if we do not have incoming guests.
A car is needed if you wish to explore the region. We can arrange taxis, private chef, cookery lessons, and excursions for an additional cost.
Other things to note:
The gardens have almond trees, so anyone with nut allergies should be aware.
The villa is located in the countryside, and mosquitos and ghekkos are ever present.
There are lots of steps and terraced areas, so this should be considered prior to booking.
No diving in the pool and pool rules must be followed.
Water is not drinkable, and bottled water should be purchased.

Perfect Puglia
We had a fantastic autumn week in Villa Di Nolana. The villa was clean, spacious and well-equipped and the outside area, views, and pool made it the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. Ideally situated, you can easily reach coastal and inland tourist destinations; equally you could just relax at the peaceful villa. Liz and Aidan were great hosts. They met us on arrival and responded swiftly when we had the occasional question. Would definitely visit Puglia and Villa Di Nolana again. We loved it all!

Tranquil retreat
Absolutely brilliant communication with Liz from the very beginning and even to check we were home safe. Check in was brilliant and Stephano and his wife were so welcoming. The villa is spotless with amazing homely touches. The villa stands on a lovely plot of land and is to peaceful and a piece of paradise. If anyone is looking to be in the country away from the hussel and bussel of life, this is definately the place to go. We only used the master bedroom and the bed was comfortable and spacious. The lounge is comfortable and makes you feel at home. The kitchen has all the utensils you need and the welcoming bottles of wine with the peroni in the fridge was definately apprecitated by my husband. the pool area is absolutely beautiful and the pool is definately a bonus. Really lovely and warm from midmorning right through until the sun goes down. The roof top terrace is beautiful to see the views. I found it a fabulous place to do my meditation and yoga in the morning and evening. You will need a car to get out and about but that is fabulous because it gives you freedom to sightsee. There are two supermarkets approximately 10 minutes drive and have everything you need. I would definately recommend this villa and couldn't ask for anything more from Liz. We are grateful that you rent your beautiful villa for others to rewind and relax.

Amazing Villa Stay
Highly recommended villa in the heart of Puglia. A car is essential in this part of Puglia but the villa is a short drive from the main road into Ostuni. The property was one of our favourites over 10 years of visiting Puglia with a wonderful terrace to watch over the countryside and inside beautifully appointed rooms with aircon. The lounge was a perfect place to relax with the family and the outside dining under the pergola every night was magical. The photos do not do the villa justice. We could have happily stayed another week … maybe next time we will stay longer :) thank you to Liz for great communication throughout.

Amazing villa in a beautiful location
What an amazing villa My family (2 teenagers) stayed for 5 nights. The villa, grounds and pool were all that we could have asked for. We had a great time swimming, playing cards and exploring the local area which was indeed beautiful. Liz was always on hand to answer any questions and the check in and check out process was seem less. Would definitely stay again

A beautiful villa, in an amazing spot, so peaceful! The Villa is finished to high standard throughout and the kitchen is well stocked! The pool was great, and we enjoyed the pizza oven and bbq and eating every meal outside - there’s plenty of shady spots. You’ll definitely need a car to explore the area, and there’s plenty to see only a short drive away. Communication with the host has been great, put our minds at ease and kept in touch throughout the stay. 5 stars because we can’t give 10! Thankyou and can’t wait to be back
