Villa with private garden, just a few steps from the clear sea of Ostuni's coastline.
Blue Sea Villa Aquilone is located within the private Mare Blu 1 Village, at the center of the Ostuni coastline and equipped with many facilities that guests can access for an entrance fee, such as a communal swimming pool, tennis and soccer field, and amphitheater.
The newly built, independent villa consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a double sofa bed, a TV and a dining table. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
The house is surrounded by a private garden with an outdoor shower, a barbecue and a veranda furnished with a table and armchairs.
Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heat pump heating will be available in the accommodation.
Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot at the entrace of the villa.

The swimming pool is open from the 15th of June until the 15th of September.

Mare Blu Resort in Villanova has direct access to the crystal clear sea of Apulia, from the seaside of Diana Marina to Monticelli, from Rosa Marina to the famous harbour of Villanova, an historic fisherman village now explored by many travellers.
Few kilometres away from the apartment our guests will find the pearl of Valle d’Itria, Ostuni, known as the White city. Its historic centre, of a dazzling and immense white, shows its best with the famous Cathedral that dominates the olive trees plain, the park of the coastal dunes and a crystal clear sea. The narrow alleys are very particular, as well as Piazza della Libertà and S. Oronzo column, that majestically protects the city.
Its countryside reaches the heart of Valle d’Itria. Our guests can easily discover the amazing places of our land from here: Ceglie Messapica, historic town with a strong food and wine tradition; Cisternino, known as one of the most beautiful village in Italy; Alberobello, famous for its ancient dwellings “trulli”, world heritage since 1996. 30 kms north there is the archaeological park of Egnazia, Polignano a Mare and Monopoli, old fishermen villages with evocative old towns and enchanting beaches. Going further north, guests will find Bari, Eastern threshold, meanwhile going south there is the Marine protected area of Torre Guaceto, then Brindisi and further Lecce, capital of Barocco.
Taranto, the heart of Magna Grecia (ancient Greece) is west of Ostuni, and then Matera, particularly known for its “Sassi” and nominated European capital of culture for 2019.
Brindisi (30 minutes) and Bari (60 minutes) are the closest airports to Ostuni.
